- Main contact with customer and other department for any quality concerns.
- Join the meeting with Customer for any quality concerns
- Manage an support team member for below jobs:
+ Lead quality management for new product introduction (NPI) and mass production
+ Serve as the primary window of communication with customers regarding quality topics.
+ Receive, consolidate, and respond to customer inquiries and requirements related to project quality.
+ Prepare, review, and present Quality Readiness status at key project milestones
+ Ensure all quality requirements are met before proceeding to the next project phase.
+ Monitor and track quality performance indicators (e.g. defect rate, yield, FACA status).
+ Coordinate internal quality reviews for OK2Send prior to shipment.
+ Assess quality risks, consolidate status, and obtain customer approval when required.
+ Lead or participate in regular customer meetings or quality issue meeting
+ Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and minutes of meeting (MoM).
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect data and drive quality actions.
* Working time: 8:00 - 16:40 Mon - Fri and 1 Sat/month
- Bachelor’s degree inEngineering(Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related field)
- Strong understanding of: Quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Control Plan), Problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)
- 5+ years of experience in Quality / Project Management
- At least 2 years in a leadership or project lead role
- Experience in manufacturing (semiconductor/electronics preferred)
- Experience in NPI and customer-facing roles is highly preferred
- Fluent in English (From Upper-Intermediate Level)
