【Job description】
- Manage QA team tasks, provide guidance and training to members, conduct reviews
- Create test plans and develop test strategies
- Design test cases based on requirements and specifications, optimize test coverage
- Execute functional testing for Web and Mobile, regression testing, integration testing, and exploratory testing
- Analyze, report, and prioritize bugs; collaborate with the development team to drive improvements
- Investigate root causes using DevTools, Console, Network tools, and server logs
- Report project quality metrics and progress, propose process improvements
- (Preferred) Implement and operate automated testing (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress, etc.)

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Software QA Leader or Sub-Leader
- Good communication in Japanese (From N2 advanced Level)
- Experience managing traceability (Requirements → Design → Test Cases → Results → Defects)
- Experience using bug tracking tools (Jira / Redmine / Backlog, etc.)
- Strong root-cause analysis skills using DevTools and logs

PREFERS
- Having studied or worked in Japan.
- Experience with automated testing (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of one of the following languages: Java / JavaScript / Python
