Ensure that any orders or decisions taken by the Directly Manager are strictly followed up.
React to all daily operating problems and complaints rose and to offer solutions.
Ensure verification of authorization of purchase requisition.
Be responsible for the selection and approval of the best suppliers.
Negotiate with different suppliers in order to obtain the best deal.
Ensure the issue and approval of purchase order.
Record all purchase made by the order.
Give a copy of purchase order to the stores.
Carry out market survey and provide a report to Direct Manager of the latest market statues.
Report any major complaints in the hotel to the Direct Manager.
Assist in any administrative work implemented by Direct Manager.
Prepare monthly and year-end reports for submission to the Direct Manager.
Administration of purchasing department and overlook store operation.
Comply with all Finance procedures on a daily basis.
