• Identify, research, and develop new markets and clients in assigned territories; proactively seek opportunities in countries without existing PEB offices.
• Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing of sales.
• Provide technical consultation and solutions tailored to client needs; coordinate with the Engineering and Estimation teams for design and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, agents, contractors, and consultants.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs as set by management.
• Liaise closely with internal departments (Engineering, Logistics, Project Management) ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
• Provide regular market intelligence, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and trip reports management.
• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture with strong selling abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of sales techniques with min 2 years in Sales.
• Experience in Sales of Projects or Buildings Construction or Steel Buildings;
• Good product knowledge.
• Good problem solving, decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer serviced minded.
• Good English in speaking and writing.
• Other languages (French, Arabic, Spanish, etc.) can be an advantage depending on the target territories.
