● Bachelor’s degree in related fields: Accounting/Auditing
● Relevant work experience in accounting or outstanding fresh graduates are acceptable
● Having experience working in retail/ e-commerce is preferred
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other administrative tools.
● Good communication skills, both written and verbal
● Another request: You will have to take an Accounting Test (45 minutes & Multiple-choice) while interview.
● Issue VAT invoices accurately in a timely manner
● Track and update invoicing status in internal systems
● Support to reconcile e-invoice data and tax system data, VAT and CIT revenue
● Prepare and maintain sufficient documents for invoicing and tax purpose
● Support for monthly inventory reports and preparing relevant report/statements
● Use English as working language
● Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits, as needed
● Support manager for ad-hoc work
● Others assigned by line manager
