OVERVIEW

Securitas (Securitas.com) is a leading global company in the security industry. The company has more than 300,000 employees across 45 countries around the world. Our clients include multinational companies such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Intel, Avery Dennison, HSBC, DHL, Adidas, Nike, PepsiCo, LEGO... and RMIT. The Securitas Vietnam Team is part of the AMEA division (Africa, Middle East & Asia Pacific) and operates as a joint venture with Long Hai Security, the most well-known security company in Vietnam. Long Hai Securitas employs around 2,500 people and has operations in all major cities across the country.


We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Senior B2B Sales Executive / Sales Specialist to help grow our client portfolio by offering customized security solutions. You will be a key contributor to the commercial success of Long Hải Securitas.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding the Market:

- Ensure that suppliers’ contracts are aligned with company policy, ethics and values are respected and contractual terms and conditions are acceptable as per company policies.

- Branding and marketing activities. Study the competition, the market, be updated with local regulations and Securitas global knowledge

- Identify the must win segments and the clients to win

- Work on pricing and ensuring that it is compared with the market.


Customer Engagement:

- Ensure timely and correct invoicing

- Building trust with the customers by visiting them, understanding their business and always have a helpful approach.

- Building case studies that can showcase the service solution.


Sales Process:

- Ensure that the Pipedrive is always updated.

- Ensure that the Value Proposition suits the customers’ needs and the outcomes they wish to see.

- Design tailor made solutions.

- Prepare a suitable costing.

- Oversee negotiation and closing of the deal


Reporting:

- Involved in business plan preparation.

- Responsible on achieving of sales target.

- Pipedrive updated weekly.


Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in B2B sales.

- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written - IELTS 6.0).

- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.

- Good grooming, Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a team or independently.
