Project Assistant (Trợ Lý Dự Án) - IT Software

Join Alpaca Vietnam as a Project Assistant and play a critical role in driving the success of our Core Insurance product. You’ll work closely with Delivery Managers and project teams to ensure smooth project operations, directly impacting the company's growth and success.

1. Support project management:

• Assist Delivery Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
• Track project progress, assess key milestones, and report updates to Delivery Managers.
• Assist Delivery Managers with budget tracking and addressing any issues that arise.

2. Communication and Coordination:

• Organize internal project meetings and client meetings
• Coordinate tasks, and motivate team members to meet deadlines.

3. Administrative:

• Manage project documentation, follow up on payment schedules, and manage financial-related tasks.
