Project Assistant

- Support the director in work and projects.
- Have knowledge of management, legal, bidding, domestic and foreign purchasing...
- Support internal and external affairs inside and outside the company.
- Go on business trips and work with foreign experts.
- Work with state agencies and departments.
- Monitor and grasp all: project legalities, implementation and implementation progress, documents...
- Make reports according to the Director's request.
- Coordinate with departments to complete work.
- Carry out tasks before, during and after meetings, negotiations, negotiations, and business trips.
- Manage and review all incoming and outgoing dispatches from agencies, partners, contractors and extract documents upon request (in accordance with approved and issued procedures).
- And some other tasks according to the Director's request.

- Languages: Chinese(Requires HSK4 or higher), basic communication English.

- Graduated with majors in Finance, Economics, Foreign Economics,...

- Able to travel domestically and internationally for business (Mainly Europe and China) - Have experience. - Basic office skills (office information technology, communication, analysis, problem solving...).

- Working from Monday to Friday.
