• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production plans are executed efficiently.
• Monitor production progress, product quality, and delivery schedules while reporting any issues to management.
• Develop manpower and training plans to support production operations.
• Ensure effective implementation of the 4Ms (Manpower, Machinery, Materials, and Methods).
• Maintain 5S standards, workplace safety, and risk prevention measures.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare daily production reports and perform other assigned duties.
* Working Time: 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM, Monday - Friday
• College degree or above.
• At least 3 years of experience supervising production in a Japanese manufacturing company.
• Intermediate or above English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience managing production teams effectively.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
* Male, 30 - 39 years old
