Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor production plan execution with our vendors by daily connections and communication, including documentation for customs, delivery timeline, packing and PO details etc.
• Reliability of POs confirmation (SDP): confirm PO details including delivery schedule with vendors, in order to ensure on time delivery.
• SAP system update and maintenance: keep most update information in system accurately based on decisions from time to time.
• Alert and Issue resolution in case of deviation: alert to all relevant parties when problems occur, work with cross-team to solve problem regarding to delivery timeline during whole process, prioritize PO and work with vendors for urgent issues.
• Business awareness: understand company business strategies and internal practice and communicate with vendors, make sure vendor follow our instruction/guidelines.
• Shipping documentation accuracy.
• Seasonal Labeling and Packaging manual contribution.
• Shipping instructions contribution: familiar with shipping instructions of various countries and educate vendors to follow, support/suggest to update information of shipping instructions.
• Interactions with Sourcing, D&T, customs, Customers, IT department.
• Reporting: prepare monthly and yearly reports including vendor performance, lead time, on time delivery comparison & analysis.
• Occasional travel within Vietnam or other countries.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor degree, preferable in supply chain or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience in production planning, international business or relevant
• Knowledge in shipping instructions/logistics among different countries, understanding of international trade,
• Experience in production planning is a must, International experience preferred,
• Hands-on experience in SAP system preferred,
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. Mandarin is a plus,
• Good planning and organization skills,
• Flexible, good interpersonal skill and communication skill,
• Good learning attitude, able to work independently,
• Office automation : Command of Microsoft office (advanced excel: pivot table, vlookup and other formulas),
• Previous experience in apparel or footwear industry preferred.
