• Collaborate with the Sales team and related departments to develop, adjust, and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
• Monitor and control production activities to ensure productivity, efficiency, and product quality standards are maintained.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods to ensure smooth production operations.
• Organize and allocate manpower effectively to optimize labor productivity and operational costs.
• Supervise production supervisors and workers to ensure compliance with company procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Oversee post-processing and packaging operations to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Ensure full compliance with:
  • Food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Occupational health & safety standards
  • Fire prevention and environmental safety requirements
• Coordinate closely with QA/QC and other departments to resolve production and quality-related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and factory layout enhancement projects.
• Support the company’s future factory relocation and setup activities in Long An.
• Prepare regular production and operational reports for management and the Board of Directors.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by management based on business and operational needs.

• Male, 30-40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or other related technical fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Manager position within food manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience in food production, food packaging, labeling, or manufacturing operations supporting the food industry is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of food manufacturing processes, production machinery, and factory operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good reporting and computer skills.
• Good communication skills in English or Japanese.
