Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Lead and supervise the production team to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement production plans and monitor manufacturing performance.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth production processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
Report production performance and issues to management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Management role within the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
