1. Department Workforce Management:
- Manage and allocate personnel in the department to ensure production plans are met
- Train and supervise workers to perform tasks according to job standards and company regulations
- Manage employees’ working and break times in accordance with company policy
2. Equipment Management:
- Require all teams to check machine conditions using the inspection checklist at the beginning of each production shift
- Manage the quantity, condition, and capacity of machines and vehicles
- Develop cleaning schedules and oversee machine maintenance plans within the department
- Report any equipment issues to superiors promptly
3. Work Method Management:
- Ensure all teams work in accordance with job standards
- Monitor employee compliance with work standards
- Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering, Quality, and Facility Management to improve product quality and quantity
4. Raw Material Management:
- Monitor raw material inventory levels for production needs
- Manage raw materials using the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle
- In case of material issues, report to superiors and related departments for resolution
5. Daily Production Planning:
- Create reasonable daily production plans based on the actual production situation in the department
6. Safety Issues:
- Enforce compliance with Vietnamese laws, company rules, and regulations (safety meetings, KYT control, Hiyari Hatto, safety countermeasures, etc.)
7. Quality Issues:
- Continuously implement quality improvements according to the quality control charts for each process
- Participate in meetings and develop countermeasures for complaints
8. ISO & Environmental Matters:
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Develop and update ISO and environmental documentation
9. Other Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors

- Graduated from University with majors Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Industrial Management or related majors.
- English: Intermediate level (Prefer Toeic 600+)
- Having at least 2 years as Production Control Staff in manufacturing companies
- Proficient in office computer skills, including PowerPoint, report writing, and presentation
- Strategic thinking with strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong personnel management skills, quick problem-solving ability, and process improvement mindset
- Able to work well both independently and in a team

- Having Japanese skill
- Having the same experience in Japanese manufacturing companies.
