Primary Objective

- Accountable to follow and collect data, report for each stage. Coordinating and controlling production processes ensuring these activities are carried on smooth and meet all the requirement relating to capa, quality and costing target.

Key Activities

- Monitor production process, collect production data, Daily report actual capa/quality.

- Manage production goods consumable inventory, ensure optimal inventory level for production process - plan monthly purchase of consumables for production department.

- Coordinate with shift leader to flexible workers between stages to optimize labour cost.

- Summary and report daily issues affect to production activities include: material, man power, machine, quality…

- Monitor to ensure that work instruction, SOP are implementation and compliance. Manage records and prepare documents for audits.

- Analysis of production issues. Participate, propose innovation, adjustment to optimize production activities, quality improvement, production cost.

- Join to prepara SOPs for Production team.

- Join to Company Internal Project when required.

- Join to train for Production man power.

- To assume any additional responsibilities assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
