Product Marketing Executive

Develop New Products/Features

• Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give a unique selling point.
• Communicate the vision and value of new products to the customer and develop sales channels that facilitate the selling process.
• Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments.
• Manage timelines and deadlines for the development of new products with product management.
• Test new product flow & get feedback from user’s voice to upgrade the best experience.

Coordinate with Internal/External Stakeholders

• Communicate the vision and value of new products to the customer and develop sales channels that facilitate the selling process.
• Plan and participate in the launch of new services and products which involve several different departments.
• Brief the press to PR/brand team about new products.
• Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.
• Present about products to both external and internal audiences with the promotion scheme for each segment to enhance sale.
• Research competitor offerings.

Maintain & Optimize Current Product/Feature

• Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.
• Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts for the product.
• Prepare & execute promotion programs for products.
• Propose and keep within a budget.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, banking /financial category is plus point, especially lending product/ investment product
• 3 years’ experience as a same position in marketing communication
• Strong experience with deep understanding of social media platform, SEO, SEM, digital advertising, eCommerce, mobile & web analytics, data analytics to review performance
• Familiarity with data, sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
• Skill: Negotiation, Influence, Persuasion, Creativity with open mind, high level of learning agility
• Being sensitive to market trend and consumer insights
• Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
