Product Data Management

- Collect, consolidate, standardize, and update detailed product information, including but not limited to location, size, pricing, legal documents, images, videos, and technical specifications.

- Categorize and organize products according to agreed criteria (property type, segment, location, etc.).

- Ensure that all product data is stored and presented in a clear, consistent, and comprehensive format in the product management system.

Product Management System Support

- Work closely with the Product Manager to design and enhance the product data management structure.

- Verify and maintain the accuracy and timeliness of product data within the system.

- Recommend solutions to improve search, filter, and retrieval functions for product information.

Sales Support

- Provide product information and materials to the Sales team upon request.

- Guide the Sales Team on how to use the system for self-service product lookup.

- Respond to requests for updates, corrections, or additional information from the Sales team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely product updates.

- Assist the Product Manager in meetings, training, reporting, and executing product management-related plans.

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role (preferably in real estate or product data management).
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
• Proven experience in CRM systems and product management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to process information logically and systematically.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
