Handle purchasing activities for both domestic and international markets (including materials, contractors, services, etc.).
Coordinate with relevant departments to confirm specific purchasing requests, ensuring accuracy in technical specifications and delivery timelines.
Search for suitable suppliers/contractors and negotiate essential terms and conditions.
Prepare comparison reports and submit for approval.
Complete purchasing documents in compliance with legal regulations and internal company procedures.
Coordinate transportation to ensure timely delivery or transfer of goods between project sites.
Monitor the entire process of goods receipt/delivery and service execution.
Collaborate with departments to resolve any arising issues and ensure project deadlines are met.
Finalize both hard and soft copies of purchasing documents and provide them to the Accounting Department.
Provide requested purchasing-related information to other departments when needed.
Salary negotiable from VND 9–15 million, depending on qualifications and experience.
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Work-from-home support available on Saturdays.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Import-Export, English, Chinese, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Administrative Procurement, or other relevant positions.
Ability to communicate and read documents in English or Chinese (candidates proficient in both languages are preferred).
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong negotiation and time management skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with foreign suppliers or handling import/export documentation.
