Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are expanding our R&D team and seeking a Power Electronics Engineer who will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of high-performance power electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, model, and simulate power electronic converters and control systems for renewable energy applications.

· Develop hardware prototypes and conduct laboratory testing, validation, and optimization.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, control, and systems engineering) to integrate solutions into large-scale renewable energy systems.

· Support the creation of technical documentation, standards, and design guidelines.

· Ensure designs meet safety, efficiency, and compliance requirements.

· Be flexible to work on assignments across different project locations in Vietnam and occasionally abroad when required.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.

· Strong foundation in power electronics design, control theory, and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, PSIM).

· Hands-on experience with hardware development, PCB design, and testing is a plus.

· Knowledge of renewable energy systems (solar, hydrogen, storage, grid integration) is preferred.

· Strong problem-solving mindset, eager to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

· Flexibility to adapt to different project sites (domestic and international).
