Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and production timelines.
Manage relationships with a wide range of suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure the best terms and prices.
Lead and organize a team of purchasing professionals, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to adjust strategies as necessary.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability practices in all procurement activities.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize the quality of information.
Implement and refine procurement systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in the textile industry, with a deep understanding of fabrics and production processes.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within Sourcing or Purchasing departments.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex negotiations and make strategic decisions.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with international suppliers.
