- Seeking the VNM supplier for mechanical part (plastic, packing, metal…) and electronic components (Semi-conductor, IC, Diole…) to develop the supplier system
- Monitor and assess the ability of the supplier to meet the need of the Representative Office
- Make supplier inspection report
- Coordinate with the appropriate supplier following the need of the Representative Office
- Track the delivery progress consistent with the production plan
- Implement and report the material purchasing situation with superior
- Control and update the inventory entry data
- Make inventory report, update the market information, price, etc
- University Graduated in related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing
- Knowledge in MS word, excel
- Able to work proactively and propose solutions.
- Good in writing/speaking in English, Mandarin (if possible)
