1. Legal consultation and support: Provide legal consultation and support to all departments of the company.
2. Contract management: Draft and review legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
3. Dispute handling and litigation response: Conduct investigations and analyses of disputes, participate in the formulation of preferred litigation strategies, represent the company in legal procedures such as litigation and arbitration, and maximize the implementation of strategies.
4. Decision support: Collaborate with external professional lawyers to assess, analyze and manage legal risks related to major company decisions, provide professional legal opinions, and ensure the legality and feasibility of the decisions.
5. Company intellectual property protection: Assist the company in applying for patents, trademarks, copyrights, etc. of intellectual property rights, protect the company's intellectual property rights;
1. Graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from Vietnam. Fresh graduates will be given priority. Those with 1-2 years of relevant legal experience in Vietnam are also acceptable. Proficiency in both Chinese and English in terms of listening, speaking, reading and writing is required. They can directly participate in communication related to international legal affairs. Chinese is preferred, and proficiency in both Chinese and English is even better.
2. Both Vietnamese and Chinese candidates are eligible for consideration. Chinese candidates can work in Vietnam permanently and are familiar with local Vietnamese laws. Also, they can be considered.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong learning ability, and clear logical thinking.
4. Familiar with Vietnamese company law, contract law and related laws and regulations. Possess excellent text organization skills, contract drafting skills, evidence chain consolidation skills, negotiation skills; strong ability to search, analyze and summarize laws and cases; able to independently complete legal-related work as required. Proficient in using office software.
5. Possess solid legal theory knowledge and legal thinking skills, and be able to withstand high work pressure.
