Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Maintain and expand existing plastics resin business with Japanese customers.
  • Develop new business and new accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service Department to meet customer demands.
  • Control stock to support sales and delivery commitments.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as required by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related major.
  • Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or above.
  • Business-level English.
  • B2B sales experience, with general knowledge of how a trading company operates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a team-work spirit; enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate about sales.
  • Early-career candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferable: sales experience with Japanese customers in the resin / plastics market.
  • Probation: 2 months (standard).
