Planning Service Staff

Scope of work: Monitor order fulfillment, work order dashboad and material availability to ensure timely delivery

• Monitor order fulfillment, lead times, and material availability to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with procurement, US planner team supply with demand
• Download wo pick sheets and kitting work documents (follow the document instructions on work traveler) from access database (Vault) and send them to USA printers.
• Communicate with the configuration team when documents are missing or up revised.
• Oversee work order dashboard for work schedule and progress.
• Work closely with planners in the US side to ensure the work order moves smoothly between work centers.
• Generate MRP reports.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management)
• 1 year experience in similar position
• Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP.
• Proficient in PC computer skills
• Good verbal and written English skill. (Preferred)
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Able to work independently.
