Planning Engineer

Job Summary
Responsible for leading and managing a team of planners overseeing project planning and scheduling, contributing to strategic planning initiatives, optimizing resource allocation, driving process improvements and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals

ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES / NGHĨA VỤ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM
• Developing Project Schedules: Create detailed, comprehensive project schedules including all relevant milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources as per project requirements and budget constraints
• Monitoring Progress: Regularly monitor project progress against the established schedule, identifying any deviations and proposing corrective actions if necessary
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks to project timelines and propose mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key delays and issues
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure alignment of project schedules with the overall project goals.
