Key Responsibilities:
• Support payroll documentation and record maintenance
• Assist with payment and documentation processes for SMUI, Tax, and Temporary Staff
• Support monthly PIT and PIT Finalization processes (e.g., dependent registration, declarations, etc.)
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks (e.g., collecting personal information and documents)
• Manage intern documentation and monthly attendance timesheets
• Support system data maintenance and updates
• Assist in resolving employee-related issues and
Key Requirements:
• Available to start in October 2025
• Able to commit full-time for 6 months
• Third-year, final-year, or fresh graduates with an interest in HR Payroll
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Experience in Payroll Services or related fields is a plus
