• Support in deliver projects about best practice transfer from Global BAT team.

• Working with farmers to deliver KPI, reporting to Leaf Growing Manager and implementing farming programs including deploying trial of best practice following BAT protocol.

• Ensure quality of trial, on time in full delivery with accuracy.

• Develop leadership skills of themselves, support and build connection with the team.
