Position Overview
The Frontline Officer is a customer-facing role responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support and ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective and current students through our digital channels. Acting as the first point of contact, this role plays a key part in guiding students through enquiries, applications, and enrolments, while maintaining strong relationships and accurate records.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Respond promptly to student and prospect enquiries, primarily via live chat and email, by sourcing information, following up, and providing clear, timely responses.
Build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and customers.
Serve as the primary contact point for leads and prospective students on queries including course details, fees, and the application process.
Assist with student enrolment, providing support and follow-up until conversion.
Maintain accurate records of leads and new submissions in the system.
Direct current student enquiries to the appropriate team or department for resolution.
Requirements & Skills
Previous experience in a customer service, student support, or administrative role (education sector experience is highly desirable).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse audiences.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with student management systems is an advantage).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
