Việc làm Hà Nội- Providing CEO and parties with clear and exact translations of written materials, and interpretations of verbal communication in English and Vietnamese and vice versa
- Providing interpretations in the meeting, conferences, on site or daily requested by CEO
- Manage meeting minutes of all meetings chaired, participated by CEO to closely follow up after and regular update on the items aligned in MOM
- Setup meetings and logistics to ensure meeting efficiency
- Coordinate and ensure meeting materials are well prepared before each meeting as requested by CEO
- Coordinate and assist Executive regarding the summary of related weekly, monthly reports.
- Consolidate reports from department for meeting
- Support CEO on reports, presentation deck, etc.
- Manage the travel itinerary (accommodation, ticketing etc.,) for business trip for CEO
- Handle the reimbursement process for any expense from the executive and keep record and make the analysis on the expense monthly report.
- Support other logistics for CEO when and assigned
- Can go on business trip (if required)
- Manage in-out documents for CEO’s signature properly and confidentially
- Other tasks when and assigned by CEO
- Language: Excellent English skill is a must (speaking, listening and writing)
- Education qualification: background in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business
- Attitude: Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work and able to work under pressure.
- At least 2 year experiences at the same position as Secretary, Interpreter, Assistant to C-level positions in banking, financial, lending or e-commerce
- Some knowledge of financial services products is a great asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Demonstrated good people skills including managing different stakeholders
- Demonstrated excellent skill in developing great presentation materials
- Willing to learn and adapt to a multicultural environment.
