Job Description:
The payment processing officer is tasked with payment processing and reconciliation, card transaction dispute, and loan operations.
Responsibilities:
• Process manual card payments;
• Reconcile financial postings;
• Handle customer's dispute on card transaction;
• Create personal loan and disburse loan drawdown;
• Participate in system-build projects as relevant.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications:
• 2-4 years relevant experience
• Attention to details
• Good understanding of credit card and card transaction
• Competent with MS Office, especially Excel
• Experienced in customer's inquiry handling and project follow-up
• Fluent in Spoken and Written English is a plus
Education:
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
