Asia Destination Speciallist

• Communicating with clients, replying the clients’ all the questions by emails/instant messages or by phone calls;

• Dealing with client’s request, designing and consulting travel products to meet client’s satisfaction;

• Designing travel programs at the request from Sales Department;

• Quoting based on the designed products;

• Coordinating with OP & AC team to manage and ensure the itineraries smoothly undergoing;

• Regularly updating the database of clients;

• Undertaking other tasks assigned by superiors.

• Equivalent experience in tourism industry;

• Tourism qualifications or equivalent;

• Adequate knowledge about travel products and itineraries, hotels, destinations and travel experiences;

• High sense of responsibility;

• Ability to work independently and cooperatively;

• Proactive, cooperative spirit, good organizational skills and problem solving ability;

• Enthusiastic, dynamic and eager to learn;

• Proficient use Microsoft Office;

• Fluency in spoken and written English (or Spanish, French).
