Partnership Executive (Ecommerce)

• Responsible for developing a network of community group leaders on local social e-commerce and group-buying platforms in Vietnam, establishing long-term partnerships, and expanding distribution channels aligned with Solaso’s model (social virality + referral-based sales).
• Identify and sign contracts with high-potential KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) and community group leaders to achieve monthly channel expansion targets.
• Plan channel incentive programs, design commission structures and tiered rebate mechanisms to increase GMV contribution and customer retention on the platform.
• Analyze competitor activities in the Vietnamese market, formulate differentiated partnership strategies, and regularly report on channel performance and optimization.

• Over 3 years of experience in channel expansion in e-commerce/social media within Southeast Asia; strong understanding of key platforms in Vietnam such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Zalo.
• Possess a strong local network of group leaders and be capable of quickly building a network of 200+ active and effective leaders.
• Highly data-driven with the ability to optimize channel structure based on key metrics such as LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROI (Return on Investment).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience working with community group-buying platforms (e.g., Masan, Sendo).
• Good understanding of religious and cultural sensitivities in Vietnam to avoid marketing risks and navigate sensitive issues effectively.

Working Hours:Monday to Saturday

• Monday to Friday: from 08:30 to 05:30.
• Saturday: from 09:00 to 05:00.
