Air-Freight Pricing & Customer Service Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Support the Air Manager to manage the Air team with 6-8 members to ensure that all inquiries from assigned customers are responded to promptly.

- Provide and update competitive pricing to Sales and Product Teams:

+ Provide and update competitive pricing options within 2–4 hours of request.

+ Analyze and negotiate space and rates with carriers/co-loaders proactively.

- Ensure all troubles are solved or escalated to the manager promptly.

- Ensure that all team members understand and follow the SOPs of all accounts strictly, so that the team operates smoothly.

Minimum 5 years in the Air Freight and doing the Pricing function.

Good English in speaking and writing
