-To coordinate the daily activities of the Logistics and Supply Chain functions in an accurate and efficient manner, in accordance to customs and local authorities’ procedure and regulations within the set allocated timeframe.
- Prepare Sales Contract and related paper work for import/ export of goods

Co-ordinate with customs broker to check customs declaration sheet and provide more information for customs clearance
Monitor with Finance team for tax payment and customs broker for shipment status and delivery date
Follow up with customs broker/agent and notify delivery plan to Boutiques for non-stock shipment
Proper filling of all import documents
Provide pre-alert to destination
Proper filling of all export documents
Arrange courier service for office/Customer Service/Boutiques
Organize with 3PLs on deliveries or photoshoot/event

Yêu cầu công việc

2-3 years’ experience in logistics (warehousing and freight) and SAP
Excellent communicate skills, with the ability to give effective status updates
Possess a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and take ownership over their own work
Proactive and takes initiative
Flexibility to shift directions at a moment’s notice and remain calm
