Occupational Health Senior Officer (Hse)

1. Occupational Management and Medical Management
To develop OH program for Bosch VN's locations and ensure it's implemented in all work areas
Organize required health check including pre-employment, annual and occupational health check
To work with relevant parties to ensure legal requirements for OH and working environment are performed timely and effectively.
2. Clinic Management/ Canteen Management/ and Medical data management
Manage Clinic and External nurses 24/7
Control medicine and equipment in Clinic
Cooperate with external parties/ hospital for emergency services for all Bosch VN's locations
Control Medical data for all Bosch's VN locations/ and Medical Portal to ensure compliance with Bosch Standard
Canteen Management - inspection from local authorities, internal audit, food hygiene, and drills
3. Disease Management/ Health Promotion Activities:
Develop the concept for disease management for Bosch VN's locations (epidemic/ infectious disease)
Develop wellbeing and health promotion programs for Bosch VN's location
Cooperate with relevant Department to organize health promotion activities for Bosch VN's locations
4. Working Environment Monitoring and Coordination:
Follow up improvement actions from the result of Working Environment Monitoring
Coordination for HcP Programs: Quality/ Suggestion Scheme ..etc
5. Other tasks:
Additional responsibilities, tasks, projects assigned by leader.

1. Education
Bachelor of Nursing / Medical management and public health
2. Work experience
3-5 years' experience in OH/ Clinic management relevant to position
3. Traits and Skills
Strong knowledge of OH, Clinic Management and relevant OH/ Medical regulations
Be able to develop a trend analysis process to eliminate OH issue/ and disease
Training and presentation skills
Excellent leadership skills in OH, high integrity, and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to perform hazard identification and risk assessment on OH and Medical
Good communication & interpersonal skills able to work with and through people from different backgrounds and cultures
Good in English
Good computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office
