Nursery Staff

The main responsibilities of this position are:

• All aspects of citrus nursery production from mother blocks to hardened seedlings

• Propagation, grafting, and plant health management

• Maintain nursery hygiene, irrigation, and fertigation systems, enforce regulation of visitors

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and quality supply of planting material

• Ensure compliance with phytosanitary regulations and certification standards

• Report directly to the Fruit Production Manager on progress, plant performance, and challenges

• Support continuous improvement of nursery protocols and practices

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, or a related field (BSc required)

• Minimum of at least 3 years’ practical experience in nursery or propagation management (preferably citrus or tree crops)

• Energetic and motivated attitude, with a hunger to learn and grow in the role

• Ability to supervise daily operations

• Strong understanding of plant propagation, nursery hygiene, pest and disease control

• Able to work in English

• Willing to relocate and commit to the project long-term
