Job Description:

Follow up with orders and ensure smooth processing.
Assist with after-sales service and resolve any issues.
Communicate with clients as needed (English or Chinese required).
Visit and receive clients when necessary.
Office-based work—no field sales required!
No new customer development KPI—just focus on supporting our existing customers!

Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Sunday Off)
