Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Manage sales orders to optimize delivery plans and maximize monthly delivery volume.
  • Validate contracts and pricing to ensure system entries align with commercial terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with customers to confirm orders, process changes, and communicate delivery schedules and product availability.
  • Align delivery planning with production and supply chain teams to ensure on-time fulfillment and meet committed delivery targets.
  • Match orders with available stock to optimize inventory usage, reduce aging stock, and minimize delivery delays.
  • Create and maintain Purchase Orders, Sales Contracts, and Sales Orders in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Coordinate internally with Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to secure transfer product to the north, delivery slots and meet customer requirements.
  • Follow up on customer payments and ensure accurate invoicing in line with agreed payment terms.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by proactively handling claims, complaints, and order inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Track and report order status and key KPIs (e.g., OTIF, order accuracy, lead time) to support operational visibility and performance improvement.
  • Support demand planning both trading and company 's product by aligning with Sales and Production teams on volume forecasts and delivery priorities to logistics team
  • Optimize daily stock and product planning to align with customer demand, maximize inventory efficiency, and accelerate delivery cycles.
  • Contribute to cost control and margin management by validating delivery charges, handling costs, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Manage exceptions and urgent issues by coordinating across functions to ensure smooth resolution and uninterrupted delivery.
  • Ensure customs and trade compliance by adhering to CDF for Trading shipment and EPE customer
  • Performs related work as per assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor Of Business Administration/ Logistics/ Industrial Management/ International Economics or related field.
  • Service minded, logical Thinking and good in problem solving skills.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS;

  • SAP/ ERP experience. (Preferable)
  • Good coordination skill and good communication.
  • Good command in English (Speaking & Writing) (>TOEIC 600).
  • Open minded, positive thinking and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self- motivated, Eager to learn, and willing to learn and use technology.
  • Has a Teamwork and can-do attitude and have a strong work ethic.
