Job Summary

Are you a detail-oriented, organized person, who love seeing things run smoothly from A to Z? We are looking for an Order Fulfillment & Administration Specialist, who can help us deliver seamless order processing, accurate documentation, and efficient supplier coordination.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

1. Order Processing

- Process daily orders and ensure accurate shipments for all orders.

- Work with CS and suppliers to resolve order-related issues.

- Track shipments and address delays or discrepancies.

2. Supply Chain Administration

- Support administrative tasks in supply chain operations.

- Prepare and manage shipping documents, delivery records, and customs paperwork.

- Coordinate with 3PL partners for smooth logistics.

3. Inventory Management Support

- Assist in monitoring stock levels and preventing shortages or overstocking.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and align stock with sales trends.

1. Your Credentials

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, administration or fulfillment operations (preferably in E-commerce, FMCG, or Retail).

- Language Proficiency: Good command of English (both written and spoken).

- Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/Inventory Management Software.

• Knowledge of logistics processes, transportation methods, and supplier coordination.

• Experience working with 3PL partners and fulfillment centers is a plus.
