Mô tả công việc:
- Communicating with B2B/DIRECT clients, meeting their demands and requirements via social network (such as Whatsapp, Skype, etc), emails or phone
- Providing consultation to clients while staying updated on market trends and upcoming travel products
- Gathering promotional materials and offering clients additional insights on destinations and services to enhance sales performance
- Negotiating and closing contracts: Engage in discussions with clients or partners to finalize tour agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction on pricing and service terms.
- Coordinating with the operation team: Work closely with the operations department to ensure all services (accommodation, transport, guides, meals, etc.) are booked and delivered smoothly according to the tour plan.
- Learning and staying updated: Continuously improve professional knowledge by attending training sessions, researching market trends, and keeping up with new destinations and services.
- Actively developing skills and performance based on received feedback
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Fluent in English
- Ability and willingness to learn and dedicate significant time initially to meet job requirements
- Hardworking, careful, meticulous, detail-oriented, and professional
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Able to work under high pressure
- Tourism operations and product knowledge will be provided during the probationary training period
