【Job Summary】
- Responsibility for work as a sales admin

【Main responsibilities】
- Support English – Vietnamese translation of business documents, sales programs, and advertisements.
- Assist in preparing customer contracts (based on available templates) and sales policies.
- Support payment procedures for business trip expenses and monthly transportation fees for sales staff.
- Compile information from field staff related to product quality issues, sample testing reports, and new product feedback, and report to the Sales Department Manager.
- Prepare and submit regular work-related reports (daily, weekly, monthly) or as requested by the Sales Department Manager.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.

Must

- Male: Age 25-35
- Bachelor's degree or College degree in relevant majors.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a sales support
- Good in English (Strong - Intermediate Level)
- Willing to business trip
Prefer
- Candidates with practical experience in the animal feed industry
- Working at Japanese companies

WORKING HOURS: 8:00-17:00 and 2 Saturdays off per month
