Have shuttle bus form Vung Tau and Bien Hoa to Phu My-BRVT
I. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for managing utility usage, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of utility systems, while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency within the team.
II. MAIN DUTIES
1. Utility Machine Operation
- Monitor and analyze operational utility processes/Production machine to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure utility systems such as electricity, water, gas, or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, for the production process.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate utility systems into production processes.
2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Implement preventative maintenance programs for utility systems/Production machine.
- Implement procedures for troubleshooting and resolving utility system issues.
- Carry out repairs or maintenance yourself, for minor damage.
3. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that utility systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for utility system operations.
4. Managerial/Non Managerial
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of utility systems.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
III. WORK RELATIONSHIP
1. Internal
a. Production:
- Ensure utility systems for production processes smoothly and minimizing downtime.
2. External
- Weekly CILT implementation.
IV. BENEFIT
• Working hours: Shift 1 06.00 am-14.00; Shift 2 14.00 -22.00; Shift 3 22.00-06.00 am, from 40-48 hours/ week
• Work at Factory Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau
• Annual leaves: 15 days per year
• Sick leaves: 4 days per year
• Covid leaves: no limited
• Salary review: annual
• Bonus of 13th and 14th month salary based on company policy
• Others: annual health checkup, general medical insurance
• Transportation who living in Vung Tau and Bien Hoa

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education Background
Diploma Degree (D3) - Industrial Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Machine Engineering
2. Requirements
- Minimum 1 (one) year experience in Utility machine or Fresh Graduate (With Internship Experience in Utility machine)
- Willing to work in Shift (3-Shift)
- Willing to work in Factory in Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau
- Able to work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally
- Able to operate computer: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power points)
- Able to speak English (writing, reading)
