Nhân Viên Điều Phối Kho

-Receive inbound shipments or returned goods, verify quantities, and process warehouse entry.
-Handle outbound shipments according to delivery orders, including:
Retail orders from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop, etc.)
-Inspect product condition during inbound and outbound processes (model, quantity, quality, expiry date).
-Arrange and store products efficiently in the warehouse according to storage standards.
-Record and update daily inventory status using warehouse management/accounting software (SAPO, MISA, etc.).
-Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly stock counts, reconcile physical inventory with system records, and report results.
-Manage retail packaging materials (cartons, tape, labels, etc.).
-Coordinate with accounting, sales, and e-commerce operations teams to process orders accurately and promptly.
-Ensure warehouse safety: fire prevention, security, cleanliness, temperature, and humidity control.
-Adhere to shipping schedules for each platform and logistics partner.
-Perform other tasks assigned by management.

-Male or female, 25–40 years old.
-College degree or higher (preferred majors: Accounting, Warehouse Management, Logistics).
-1–2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management (preferably in cosmetics or e-commerce).
-Proficient in Excel and management software (SAPO, MISA).
-Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible.
-Physically fit and able to handle peak season workloads (large sales events, container arrivals).
