Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Hàng Biển/ Ocean Operation Staff

- Receiving booking from Customer/overseas agent

- Contact Customer / Overseas agent to get all needed information; shipping approval

- Make a booking with carrier/ shipping line

- Send the confirmed booking to Customer/ Overseas agent

- Issue the shipping document and provide it to Customer/ Overseas agent

- Monitor the cargo status until it arrives at the final destination.

- Issue the debit note for Customer/ Overseas agent

- Input all required data on the system and update it

- Solve any Problem with the carrier/ Overseas agent/ Customer

- Issue Daily report to the Management

- Following up SOP for every account

- Maintenance income and cost for general customers

- Issue the debit note to the customer

- At least 1 years working experience this logistics field including shipping line.

- English communication should good both writing and reading.

- Good relationship with custom authorities

- Interpersonal skills & presentation skills

- Creative & proactive mind.
