Chi Tiết Công Việc

Responsible for supporting export documents in accordance with SOPs and ensure that compliance related documents (HBL/MBL/DN).
Issue B/Ls, Release B/Ls, switch B/Ls to customers.
Coordinate with customers for confirmation of BLs before printing the final B/Ls.
Submit MBL on carrier’s web and check/confirm before carrier’s deadline.
Submit AMS for HBL on specific system and check AMS status.
Send pre-alert to notify agents about shipment.
Send DN to customers/agents and follow up payment with carrier/customers to ensure the payment is received/paid in time.
Get telex/seaway MBL and update to agent timely.
Ensure all delivery deadlines and requirements are fulfilled.
Report to Team Leader if any issue or get advice to handle shipment smoothly and timely.

Graduated from College/University majoring in Economics, Trade, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Import–Export, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of working experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding; strong experience in sea freight is required.
English: At least good reading and writing skills.
Good computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Dynamic, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work under high pressure.
