Mobile App Business Analyst (Remote/Hybrid) - HCM

Idea Validation and User Research:

• Conduct thorough market research and user studies to validate ideas and ensure alignment with user needs and market trends.

• Utilize various methods such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather user feedback and insights.

• Analyze and interpret user data to inform decision-making and prioritize features.

User Network and Engagement:

• Develop and maintain a network of users for ongoing idea validation and feedback.

• Engage with potential and existing users to gather requirements and understand pain points.

• Facilitate user testing sessions and beta programs to validate app functionality and usability.

UX Understanding and Wireframe Creation:

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly wireframes and prototypes.

• Ensure that wireframes effectively communicate the user journey and key functionalities of the app.

• Apply UX best practices to design wireframes that enhance user experience and engagement.

Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including BRD (Business Requirements Document) and FRS (Functional Requirements Specification).

Collaboration and Communication:

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and UX/UI designers.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and timelines.

• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Join meetings with clients to understand requirements and provide consultancy based on domain knowledge.

Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of mobile applications post-launch.

• Gather user feedback and analyze app usage data to identify areas for improvement.

• Propose and prioritize enhancements to optimize user experience and achieve business objectives.

Time working:

• 9am - 6pm | From Monday - Friday

• Remote ( Sometime need meeting team at District 2)
