Merchandiser - Production

- Monitor the daily work of each team member to meet deadlines and cost-saving goals from related departments and all factories throughout production.

- Communicate effectively to verify order information, ensuring alignment with customer requests, and provide guidance to garment sewing factories in Vietnam and overseas.

- Address production issues promptly during the production process and serve as the coordinator to resolve them immediately, avoiding any disruptions in production.

- Weekly reporting responsible for certain part of team operation/buyer.

- Work independently and/or with the Korea management team to source and develop strategies, as well as cost management, to achieve orders meeting all set KPIs.

- Conduct market research and collaborate with the R&D Korea team in Seoul to advise the Buyer on trends.

- Support, lead, and train subordinates in the Vietnam team to ensure they create and execute their individual work plans, while establishing a regular review process.

- Update and manage data in the Buyer's system
