Material Control & Purchasing Supervisor

Lead end-to-end material planning and inventory control to support production and shipment schedules

Oversee all purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier reliability

Analyze inventory data to anticipate risks, identify trends, and support proactive decision-making

Develop and maintain planning models, forecasting tools, and material requirement plans

Collaborate closely with related functions to align material plans with business targets

Monitor supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Manage a team across material control and purchasing functions, ensuring strong coordination and communication

Push for operational discipline, data accuracy, and measurable performance

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, or procurement.

Strong analytical and data-handling skills; advanced Excel or ERP/MRP system proficiency required

Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive and structured approach to problem-solving

Confident communicator and team leader who can push for results and navigate change
