General Objective
To support the Marketing and A&R teams in promoting music releases, building artist branding, and executing creative campaigns. The intern will assist in campaign execution, creative briefing, and fan engagement, while gaining hands-on experience in the music industry.
1. Campaign & Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for artist releases.
- Coordinate with the A&R and creative teams to deliver promotional assets on schedule.
- Support social media content planning: calendars, captions, and posting.
- Collect performance metrics and assist in preparing recap reports.
2. Creative Briefing for Artist Projects
- Support the creation of song briefs that align the vision across songwriters, producers, and artists.
- Participate in internal brainstorming and research to shape the creative direction of each project.
- Help define key elements of the brief such as concept, genre, emotional tone, instrumentation, and artist branding alignment.
3. Artist Branding & Content Support
- Assist in curating and publishing content that reflects the artist's image and narrative.
- Gather visual references and contribute to branding ideas and campaign storytelling.
4. Fan Service Development
- Contribute ideas for interactive fan campaigns and activities.
- Support in organizing exclusive fan content or perks (e.g., Q&As, challenges, giveaways).
- Monitor fan feedback and engagement trends to inform future ideas.
5. Internal Coordination & Documentation
- Take meeting notes, support project tracking, and help maintain clear communication across teams.
- Assist in building internal decks, briefs, and campaign summaries.
- Organize project files and archive creative materials.
