Market Analysis & Business Support
Monitor market movements, pricing trends, supply-demand dynamics, and competitor activities.
Analyze market data and identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on market conditions, sales performance, and commercial insights.
Support medium- and long-term business planning through market intelligence and strategic analysis.
Maintain and analyze customer and market databases to support decision-making and business growth initiatives.
Provide recommendations based on market and customer insights to support commercial strategies.

Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups to gather market feedback and understand business requirements.
Support customer satisfaction improvement initiatives and enhance customer experience.
Coordinate commercial communication activities between customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and long-term business partnerships.

Requirements & Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical skills with a commercial and business-oriented mindset.
Ability to respond quickly and adapt effectively to changing business conditions and unexpected situations.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and business platforms such as Salesforce is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in Petrochemical, Polymer, Trading, Market Analysis, Commercial Analysis, or Supply Chain environments is preferred.
Proven experience in market intelligence, business analysis, customer management, or commercial planning activities.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
