Maintenance Engineer (PM Planner) - Hưng Yên Plant

1. Support to deliver daily production excellence through:

a. Planning & scheduling of maintenance tasks, manage the maintenance task execution through daily DMS of technical team

b. Trouble shoot and conduct analysis for breakdowns to achieve zero breakdown.

c. Assess and fix the red tags of abnormalities. Follow up with vendor (PR/PO, materials) for the plan to fix the red tags.

d. Enable area Kaizen execution with idea assessment & technical support

2. Support the plant maintenance program across all areas:

a. Collaborate to develop the area maintenance strategy and periodic maintenance plan.

b. Develop the maintenance standards

c. Transfer PM task to AM following AM/PM roadmap of PM pillar & AM pillar

d. Support to analyze and optimize M&R cost where assigned

e. Support to analyze and optimize sparepart inventory where assigned

f. Manage the SAP PM master data where assigned

3. Coordinate to sustain and improve Safety and Quality of all areas following the assigned HSE/Quality standards, defect fixing, design improvement and periodic maintenance.

4. Project delivery (design review, start-up management of installation, TT&T, maintenance readiness before mass production) where assigned.

5. Be qualified as SME in some area and standard of PM.
